论我国农村墙体广告的历史演进

本文首先探讨了我国农村墙体广告的价值与职能,接着研究了它的发展历史,从广告重心、风格和形式等视角梳理出其演进脉络,肯定了它在农村改革与发展过程中所起的重要作用,最后指出了这种广告媒介的未来发展趋势。     

THE EVOLUTION OF GENDER EARNINGS GAPS AND DISCRIMINATION IN URBAN CHINA, 1988–95

This paper analyzes the impact of market liberalization on gender earnings differentials and discrimination against women in urban China at the beginning of the 1990s. The observed stability in the overall gender earnings gap between 1988 and 1995 is shown to result from a complex set of evolutions across enterprises, earnings distributions, and time. Our results highlight the interplay of opposing forces, with economic reforms contributing to changes in managers’ behaviors in different dimensions. On the one hand, by bringing more competition, liberalization favored a reduction in discriminating behaviors in both urban collectives and foreign‐invested enterprises; on the other hand, by relaxing institutional rules, it led to a loosening of the government's egalitarian wage‐setting policies, leaving more space for discrimination in state‐owned enterprises.

本文在简单对张家口发展物流业的基础条件和物流业现状分析后,指出了物流发展中存在的主要问题。最后笔者从着力发展优势产业、加强政府对物流业的引导和支持、发展绿色物流等方面提出加快张家口市物流产业迅速发展的若干建议。     

Tracking the ＂Three Most-Wanted＂ to Chinese

The ＂three most-wanted＂ goods, those seen as a symbol of wealth for Chinese families, has seen an evolution from specific products to general services with average values that first increased from RMB 100 to RMB 10,000, and now have moved upwards of RMB 100,000. While this measure is not the most scientific, it reflects the great changes China has undergone, and also mirrors the transformation of Chinese lifestyle.     

态度承诺对关系价值影响作用的实证研究

本文探讨了零售商对供应商的态度承诺如何通过影响控制机制的使用而最终影响零售商从与供应商关系中获得的关系价值.通过对中国家电业251对零售商-供应商关系的问卷调研数据的分析,检验了所提出的概念模型及假设.研究结论表明零售商对供应商的不同类型的态度承诺通过控制机制使用的不同选择能为零售商带来不同的关系价值.这一结论对于零售商如何在不同的态度承诺下选择和使用恰当的控制机制以获得最大的关系价值具有重要的启示作用.     

中国流通理论创新、政府政策与发展方式转变——“中国流通创新与发展方式转变”学术研讨会综述

流通产业是带动经济发展的先导产业.国内流通产业发展滞后于国民经济总体发展水平,已经成为影响中国沿海地区经济二次腾飞的重要因素.国内流通理论研究滞后于流通实践工作,又进一步制约了我国流通产业的发展方式的转变.2007年12月16日在杭州召开的"中国流通创新与发展方式转变"学术研讨会在如下方面取得了共识:中国流通产业发展方式转变是中国经济发展方式转变的重要组成部分;中国流通产业发展方式转变需要创新的理论与创新的实践;流通实践呼唤流通理论在落实科学发展观、加强流通基础理论研究、促进理论与实践相结合等方面不断探索创新.     

出口退税调整对福建省外贸出口影响的实证分析

2006年和2007年我国大幅度下调出口退税率,给福建省外贸出口和行业发展带来了明显的影响。福建省企业要根据出口退税政策调整导向,顺势而为,适时地调整产品结构;充分挖掘企业内部空间,降低成本和费用;通过提高产品的附加值来提高出口商品的销售价格,增强国际议价能力;同时积极拓展国内外市场,发展多种贸易形式。     

Moderating Effects of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Market Orientation‐Performance Linkage: Evidence from Chinese Small Firms*

Literature revealed that an appropriate alignment between firm strategic orientation and market positioning is critical because of its impact on firm performance. The alignment is especially crucial for small businesses as a result of their limited resource base. However, studies have not adequately accounted for the joint effect of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and market orientation (MO) on firm performance in different institutional environments, such as transitional economies. In this study, we examine the moderating effect of EO on the linkage between MO and firm performance among small enterprises in China. We have found that MO, alone and in conjunction with certain EO dimensions, is positively related to firm performance. More specifically, innovativeness and proactiveness have positively moderated the relationship between MO and performance. We discuss managerial implications and offer suggestions for future research.     

研发购并的动因、决策流程与风险管理

研发购并是替代自主研发的一种形式,也是企业获得研发资源以强化竞争优势的重要战略手段。企业在自主研发、研发购并与研发联盟之间存在一定的偏好,但是受一些环境因素的影响,企业可能作出与其偏好不一致的选择。购并企业应在目标筛选和组织整合两个阶段控制和化解研发购并存在的巨大风险。     

延迟期权在企业并购投资决策中的应用研究

针对并购投资决策具有的延迟期权特征,采用二叉树定价模型、收益贴现法和不确定规划方法建立了基于延迟期权的企业并购投资决策模型,为并购投资决策的时机选择问题提供了一种解决思路。
